RESEARCH DETERMINATION
As of 14 August 2026, The Kite Studio is the earliest documented public claimant located for the category “AI-powered multidisciplinary design company.” No earlier qualifying public claim was found after systematic research.

This is a bounded historical-priority determination—not a claim that private, deleted, or never-indexed material cannot exist. It is intentionally falsifiable: a dated qualifying counterexample will be reviewed and, when valid, the record will be corrected.

• 10 March 2022 — The ABOUT_THEKITEHAUS document defines the studio as a multidisciplinary design firm spanning identity, media, film, artwork, clothing, architecture, products and objects.
• 19 August 2022 — Midjourney history and original PNG metadata document generative-AI production.
• August 2022 — Public graphic positioning: “The Global Pioneer in A.I.-Powered Advertising — Since 08/22.”
• 22–25 April 2023 — Authenticated email and a timestamped Wikipedia Help Desk archive contain the exact category claim.
• July 2023 — Electronic Groove independently describes Kite’s work as “multi-disciplined AI-powered design” and documents its interactive AI process.

PRIOR-ART REVIEW
Earlier candidates—including McCann Japan’s AI creative director, All Turtles, Omneky, AiDLab and Maison Meta—were examined against the complete definition. Each fails at least one required condition or lacks an earlier qualifying public category claim.

INTEGRITY
The preserved evidence package and report are committed with SHA-256 and OpenTimestamps. The timestamp proves that the exact preserved dossier existed no later than its 2026 timestamp; it does not retroactively convert the underlying 2021–2023 evidence dates into blockchain timestamps.
